AEDA-3200-TBK

The AEDA-3200 series is a transmissive encoder module that comes with a glass codewheel. Resolutions are available from 2500 CPR to 7500 CPR (before quad decode)and up to 30000 counts after quadrature decoding. It has a total diameter of 17mm and operates at temperatures from -40^oC to 125^oC. The AEDA-3200 features a standard 3 channel incremental output with a RS422 line driver for clean signal propogation.

Also, the plug and play features allows the user to assemble and install the encoder with ease.

Customers will only have to design one mounting for the AEDA-3200, for the various resolutions. Traditionally, encoders with different resolutions have different sizes, hence the need for different mounting designs.

Also, the AEDA-3200 module is an enabler for customers as an encoder engine to be designed into their end application. This gives the customers flexibility to develop different sizes, shapes and IP rated housings for their end application. With this concept, the customer's R&D and manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced.

Also, with the integrated line driver and industrial rated high operating temperature, the customers will not have to source for 3rd party components.
